Founder & CEO
Jiri has spent his career building, leading and scaling MedTech and healthcare businesses across Europe, from the UK, France, Germany and Switzerland to the Central European markets he knows from the inside. He founded Aspironix, a Central European distributor of medical devices, and has led multiple M&A deals along the way. He started ASX Group to give growth companies what they usually have to piece together on their own: real market access, hands-on execution, and a partner who stays.
The industry knows him well. Jiri founded IntMeDA, the International Medical Devices Distributors Association, chaired CzechMed, the Czech medical technology association, and served on the board of the Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member and champion of YPO, the global community of chief executives. What clients get is a founder's energy, an operator's discipline, and a network of distributors, hospitals, clinics and decision-makers across Europe.
